Care Recommendation
To prevent rust the folks at Ann Clark Cookie Cutters recommend handwashing your cookie cutters immediately after baking and then dry them right away.  Per their drying tip, you can also place your clean cookie cutters on a clean baking sheet and put them in the warm oven after you are done baking, this will dry the cookie cutters out.  Please be sure to turn your oven off before using it to dry your cookie cutters.
