Large Flat Whisk also called a roux whisk. This whip is used for stirring a roux or
sauce while it is cooking in a shallow pan.
The flat design allows you to better scrape the bottom of the pan and to

for approximately a 1 inch portion which is filled with the epoxy, thus the
whisk feels light in relation to its hefty look and commercial grade
durability.The handle diameter feels just about right in the hand,
