Rada’s specialty Cheese Knife is designed with serrations to easily slice through both soft and hard cheeses. The knife also boasts some additional features to separate and release each slice of cheese, and then the fork tines on the end of the blade are meant for picking up the cheese slices.The handle is made from solid cast aluminum and is angled upward so one doesn’t rap their knuckles on the cutting board. The brushed texture finish provides an amazing non-slip grip, even with our hands and the knife’s handle covered in very soapy water we were able to get a secure grip.The blade is crafted from surgical quality high carbon stainless steel and is just the right thickness so that the blade is both sturdy and slightly flexible.The knife is hand sharpened at the factory so please be careful.Rada recommends handwashing all their knives as washing fine cutlery in the dishwasher causes microscopic nicks in the blades.
