The Anthem Wave Super Parer is the largest paring knife made by Rada Cutlery. The super paring knives are some of our favorites because of the versatility of the longer blade. The knife will make short work of cutting up an apple, slicing chicken, cutting up raw meat, and it even does well at slicing Italian bread.The Anthem Wave series of knives feature a balanced weight and a stylish ergonomic handle that is wider and longer than Rada’s standard handles and thus provide more area to grip, but which are still a good fit for both small and large hands.
The handle is made from solid black resin and is fully sealed around the blade for sanitation and cleaning.The blade is crafted from surgical quality high carbon stainless steel and is just the right thickness so that the blade is both sturdy and a bit flexible.
The knife is hand sharpened at the factory so please be careful.All Rada products come with a lifetime guarantee covering defects and workmanship.Anthem Wave knives can be cleaned in the dishwasher, however, Rada recommends handwashing all their knives as washing fine cutlery in the dishwasher causes microscopic nicks in the blades.
