The high tensile stainless steel wires are solidly set into the epoxy filled stainless steel portion of the handle making the whisk sturdy and fully sealed for sanitation and cleaning.The whisk is small but not tiny, the slim handle fits nicely in the hand and is easily handled with your fingers. It is also a good size for kids.
The wood handle feels a little more slender than the stainless steel handled version of the 8 inch whisk due to it being slightly concaved (thinner) through the middle portion of the handle.Weighted for dynamic mixing control and comfort.
