This is a beautiful comb handmade from Ash wood and finished with linseed oil and pure beeswax. The comb features medium teeth (6 teeth per inch) on one half for detangling or use with thick hair, and fine teeth (9 teeth per inch) on the other half for combing every hair into place.Wood combs are a great option for those who are looking to avoid the toxic chemicals that leach from plastics and synthetic finishes. Wood combs also don’t cause static like plastic or metal combs.The comb is made from two pieces of wood with the grain of each piece running perpendicular to the other so that the comb can be used with damp hair without damaging the combs structure.The comb is 1/4-inch thick and the teeth taper down to a rounded point that is a little more than 1/16-inch thick for the medium teeth, and a little less than 1/16-inch thick for the fine teeth.A perfect all-purpose comb for men, women, and children. Great for all hair types.
