The high tensile stainless steel wires are solidly set into the handle with epoxy making the whisk sturdy and fully sealed for sanitation and cleaning. The handle is hollow except for approximately a 1 inch portion which is filled with the epoxy, thus the whisk feels light in relation to its hefty look and commercial grade durability.
The whip features a large handle which is good for getting a solid grip when whisking thicker batters. And those with big hands may find it easier to handle than some of the smaller whisks.Weighted for dynamic mixing control and comfort.
