The high tensile stainless steel wires are solidly set into the epoxy filled stainless steel portion of the handle making the whisk sturdy and fully sealed for sanitation and cleaning.The handle is notably slimmer than the stainless steel handled versions of the 12 inch whisk, which means it is easier for those with smaller hands to handle and it is easier to hold in a pencil style grip. However, one can still get a positive grip on the handle for whipping stiffer mixtures.Weighted for dynamic mixing control and comfort.
